Thanks for considering at 2 Sweet Creations. All orders include a service fee. By paying the invoice you agree to all terms and conditions. Invoices are valid for 24 hours, after 24 hours the invoice will cancel. If need to reestablish the invoice there will be a $25 reissuing fee.
Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice. Except that prices for an order that have been accepted by 2 Sweet Creations LLC are not subject to change.
Retainer:
We require a 50% initial non-refundable retainer to secure the order for orders over $150. Unless booking 14 days prior to order due date the full payment amount is required. Orders less than $150 require full payment at the time the invoice is issued.
Final payment:
Final payment is due 14 days before the order due date. We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is late. If order is cancelled retainer will not be refunded.
Rush orders:
Requests made less than 14 days before due date will be subject to rush order fees of 20% of the total order cost.
Changes:
We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes that are made 10 days before the order due date. Please note - extra charges may apply to last-minute changes.
Cancellations:
Cancelled orders within 14 days prior to due date will be allowed one rescheduled available date. If a cancellation is requested after 14 days prior to due date there will be no rescheduling of days.
Non-edibles:
Our cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake. We’ll let you know which pieces cannot be eaten. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving.
Cake/Treat design:
We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake/treat artist’s work but will ensure the look is similar.
Perishable Items
There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for perishable items, unless an error has been made with your order. In the event that an error has been made, you must contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will try our best to remedy the situation, but there is no guarantee. Any attempts to return/refund/exchange perishable items after the 30 minute time period expires will not be honored.
Online Ordering Policy
Prices will be identified as you place your order. Minimum order amounts may apply. Prices will be shown when you place your order. Any applicable delivery fees, cancellation fees, taxes and other amounts due in connection with your order will be identifies at the time you place your order. There may be limits on the dollar value or quantity of order placed on our site. You are responsible for your order, in advance, by means of a payment option made available on this site at the time of ordering. We may use third party providers and may accept various third party services to process payments. Please contact us directly to identify amounts due. Additional details about online ordering services are available upon request.

Pick up Policy
Once an order is no longer in our care (delivered or picked up) we take no responsibility for any damage caused. We will confirm pick up time with customer. Once pick up time is establish customer must be on time to receive order. There will be a 15 minute grace period. If outside the 15 minute grace period customer must reschedule to next available pick up time. If order is not picked up within 24 hours after established pickup time customer will forfeit their order. Upon arrival please call and we will bring your order to your vehicle.
Delivery Policy
We take pride in our customer service at 2 Sweet Creations which includes not only the quality of our products, but also the reliability of delivery. All deliveries are charged a delivery fee at a minimum of $25 for up to 25 miles and $1 for each additional mile and must be requested at the time of order placement. Once an order is no longer in our care (delivered or picked up) we take no responsibility for any damage caused. 2 Sweet Creations LLC is not responsible for tardiness if the venue is changed within 48 hours of the event. The Client may pick up the cake. The Client assumes liability once it passes into the Client’s possession. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 72 degrees or below. The Client must sign a waiver.
Setup: If client would like to request a treat setup to an already established and completed treat table ( client provided treat stands, table covers etc already on the table). Client would have to request at the time of the invoice and there will be a $35 fee.
Please note:
Shipping Policy All orders are shipped via USPS once the transaction has been completed. If an effort to deliver all products in a timely manner, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If any item in your order is delayed or back-ordered, we will ship the items when they become available. As a result, you may receive more than one shipment for each other.
Please note: Overnight air shipping is available by request and customer will be responsible for fees. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.

Wholesale:
2 Sweet Creations LLC. Custom Bows are not available for wholesaling. Our bows are made and sold for personal usage for personal treats/ and or packages for our clients business. The client agrees that 2 Sweet Bows will not be repackaged and resold for profit. Client shall not independently advertise, solicit and make sales of 2 Sweet Creations LLC. Custom Bows.

Handmade bows can take 3-5 business days to produce. All orders are shipped via UPS once the transaction has been completed. Orders are shipped UPS Ground to the address provided. Tracking:
Complimentary tracking is given for all US destination orders and for most outside of the US. Once, tracking is given please follow tracking with UPS for most up to date status on your order.
